In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree, Tracy holds a Professional Human Resources certification, demonstrating her proficiency in coordinating complex projects, personnel responsibilities, and contract management activities.
Tracy has leveraged her project coordination skills as well as knowledge of regulatory compliance to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals align their practices with overall growth strategies by allowing them to utilize their time for revenue-generating responsibilities like building client relationships, sourcing new leads, and networking with industry professionals. Her personnel and administrative experience allow her to effectively facilitate collaborative relationships with industry partners to deliver value-driven solutions to clients by overseeing time-consuming, administrative tasks.
